Project abstract

Project abstracSince May 2012, GPAC is participating in the European Project SOPCAWIND (European Union Seventh Framework Programme [FP7/2007- 2013][FP7/2007-2011] under grant agreement n° 296164), whose aim is to design a software for the optimal location of wind farms. The preservation and protection of heritage stands along with other criteria in the process of locating a this kind of equipment. GPAC’s task in the Sopcawind Project is to manage the heritage information, specially that one related to the safeguard and protection of cultural goods during the development of public works, Wind Energy in this case.
